Sukooni was born from a deep desire to cultivate mental and emotional wellness within our community. We bridge contemporary psychological reflection with spiritual depth, creating an elevated space free of shame or stigma.

We believe seeking emotional wellness and help-seeking are deeply connected to faith. Our intentional offerings, products, and experiential workshops inspire individuals and families to embark on transformative journeys of self-discovery and inner peace.

True sukoon is not the absence of struggle, but the presence of stillness amidst life's challenges. Through gentle reflection tools and community gatherings, we honor your story and nurture holistic mental well-being with compassion.

Sukooni is deeply personal to me. My mother, Tammy Gharbi, was a staunch supporter of mental health awareness and believed deeply in the importance of creating spaces where people could speak openly, seek support, and feel less alone.

Her belief in the importance of mental and emotional well-being continues to influence the work I do today. Sukooni is, in many ways, an extension of that belief—a space dedicated to reflection, healing, faith, and meaningful conversations that bring us closer to Allah swt.

A portion of what I build through Sukooni will always be rooted in the values my mother championed: compassion, awareness, connection, and the courage to seek help.

In loving memory of my mother, Tammy Gharbi. May her legacy continue to bring light to others.

Please pray for her and recite Al-Fatiha for her soul.
